To avoid tools from spammers, leachers and bad users we have a verification process. 5. As you know it is shared account so sometimes they May not work. It’s shared account and sometime you might face a limit issue (very rare case).You need to understand that. So if you buy a full pack for a single tool only (you are buying the pack for that particular tool that you must need always) ask us before so you can confirm if it is working. But trust us one time and try the service, you wont be dissatisfied, guaranteed! 6. It’s a Group Buy Tools sharing service, the nature of the service is different from other services, it’s difficult to maintain uptime with these kinds of services, we try our best to provide the highest uptime to our customers so that we can retain them. We know if our service quality is not good customers will not stay with us, we already know this, therefore, we try our best to provide maximum uptime, however, if sometimes tools go down, please let us know via support we will try our best to make it available for you. 7. Refund Policy
The services you get is Digital services/product hence after placing an order you get instant activation to service and ready to be used. Anyhow, if you did not get the delivery you can issue a full refund. You need to inform us within 48 hours of order placed time in order to be eligible for the refund. • If your delivered service is not like as described you can issue a full refund (If there is any statement that we wrote on the FAQ, terms and limits page doesn’t meet the actual scenario with the usage). You need to inform us within 48 hours of order placed time in order to be eligible for the refund. But if there is any kind of usage by the user after the order on the SaaS app, we hold the right to decline the refund. • If the purchased service/tools are not working for more than 48 hours you can issue a partial refund for remaining days of your monthly subscription and cancel the service. Though, we offer replacement with similar tool so that you can maintain your workflow. Please contact on live chat for that. Refund timeline: It can take upto 7-15 working days to get the refund. You will get the refund to the original account from where you were debited. For example: If you used our Shurjopay gateway and paid through bKash, you will get the refund on your bKash wallet.
